FAMS - Fundraising and Mentoring Solutions

The Junction Works
The Junction Works Inaugural Charity Challenge Golf Day took place on a warm sunny day after a week of heavy rain.

Thank you to the wonderful Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors who have supported The Junction Works so generously and also all our participants, staff and clients who helped make our first golf day such a success.

Over $32,000 was raised and will go towards the purchase of essential catering and kitchen items for the new centre at Austral.

CatholicCare Race Day
CatholicCare’s Spring Race Day was held on 12 November at Rosehill Gardens.

Over 230 people attended, including celebrities such as Peter ‘Fab’ Fenton, Ken Callander, HG Nelson, Maria Venuti and Angela Belle McSweeney.

The race day was also an opportunity to celebrate CatholicCare’s 70th anniversary and was regarded by all who attended as the best race day yet — over $35,000 was raised.

All the generous sponsors, participants and guests helped to make it a very memorable day.

FAMS was formed to help not-for-profit organisations to make the world a better place for those at risk or in need in our community.

Our in-depth fundraising experience has been gathered day to day ‘at the coalface’, within organisations whose survival depends on effective strategies to raise funds for those in need. That’s why we have a highly practical and hands-on approach to everything we do.

We work directly with you to develop and implement your fundraising and communication strategies and we can also help you to identify and enhance your internal capabilities, if that is what is required.

We are very aware of the pressures and the pitfalls affecting those involved in fundraising activities. We are also sensitive to, the different social, emotional, cultural, religious or physical needs of the groups with which we work and their donors and supporters.

It is this insight which makes the FAMS team the ideal fundraising consultancy partner for your organisation.
